Actresses get paid based on the acting job and how many movies they made that year. Reviews are very important to the actresses because it gets them good jobs if it’s a good review. If it’s bad then they got to work hard to get another job.

According to Forbes, Emma Watson made 14 million dollars. Watson starred in the latest Beauty and the Beast. Her film The Circle grossed 1.26 billion worldwide in spite of lackluster reviews. Watson co-starred in Harry Potter in 2001 as Hermione Granger when she was 11. She is currently 27 and she is in 22 movies.

Mila Kunis starred in the comedy Bad Moms this year and stays on Family Guy as the voice of Meg. She made 15.5 million dollars. At age 13, Mila Kunis starred in a Lisa Frank commercial. She started acting classes at age 7 after she moved to the U.S. from Russia.

Melissa McCarthy made 18 million dollars starring in Life of the Party even after saying goodbye to her own TV show Mike and Molly. 47-year-old Melissa used to be a standup comedian until she became an actor.

Jennifer Lawrence made the Forbes list without Hunger Games this year. She made 24 million dollars with the help of movies like Mother! and Red Sparrow as well as a partnership with Dior.

Former Friends star Jennifer Aniston has helped her career through endorsements with Smartwater, Aveeno and Emirates. Aniston also had a stake in luxury haircare line called Living Proof, which was sold to Unilever in December. She also makes money from films. She made around 25.5 million dollars.

La La Land has been very kind to Emma Stone. At just 28 years old, the Hollywood star is this year’s highest-paid actress, according to Forbes, making $26 million in a 12-month period. Her portrayal of Mia got rave reviews and grossed the film to $445.3 million at the global box office.
