Pokémon Go is a mobile game created by John Hanke. The game has an estimation of about 100 million downloads. The game is so popular that it makes about 1.6 million dollars every day from in-app purchases from iPhone users, and has made over 210 million in one month. Aside from people spending money on the game, there have been tons of reports of players getting seriously hurt.

There have been people that got robbed or even killed while playing the game; People crashing cars, people getting hit by cars, and lots of horrible accidents like that.

In mid-July, two young men were playing the game in Encinitas, California. They were so distracted by the game, they fell down an estimated 50 to 90 foot cliff. One of the men landed at the bottom of the cliff, and the other was a little bit farther than halfway down the cliff. They were both taken to the hospital and luckily didn’t suffer any major injuries.

If you play Pokémon Go, please be careful. Stay alert at all times, and just remember that it’s just a game and you shouldn’t take it so seriously.
