On Christmas day I received an Xbox One S, and I learned a few cool things you can do with it. I’m going to share 3 fun facts about the Xbox One.

First off, you can do what’s called snapping. Snapping is where you can do two things at once with one screen! For example, you can watch YouTube while playing Destiny, or Google how much an iPhone X is while slaying some aliens in Halo. To start snapping, press the Xbox home button, select “Snap” on the home button, and choose the app you want to use.

Secondly, you can see how much time you have spent playing a game. If you go to achievements and then press the “A” button on the game you want to look at, you can then scroll down to see “time played”. Then you can prove to your parents that you’re not on it all the time.

This one is kind of like the previous one, but you can check to see how much storage space you have left. This feature is extremely nice to have if you like to download games, like me. First, go to the home screen, then select “My Games & Apps”, and your storage space should be on the left side.

I hope you found this article useful and maybe you’ll even use these tips in the future. If you don’t have an Xbox One you can buy one at GameStop for $169.99. I really like the snapping feature, but maybe you like the space feature more.
